Terms and Conditions for Financial Coaching Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the financial coaching services (“Services”) provided by Abroaden Europe SL (“Abroaden” or “Company”), a Spanish Limited Company, to the customer receiving the coaching (“Coachee”). By engaging in our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Definitions
“Coach” refers to Abroaden or a qualified professional working on behalf of Abroaden to provide coaching services.
“Coachee” refers to the customer engaging with Abroaden’s coaching services.
3. Structure of Coaching Package
The coaching package includes the following elements:
Pre-Session Research: Before the 1:1 session, the coach will conduct research tailored to your needs based on initial information provided.
45-Minute Coaching Session: A one-on-one session where the coach addresses specific topics or goals.
Follow-Up Email: After the session, you will receive a summary of the discussion, along with recommended action points.
15-Minute Follow-Up Session: A shorter session to address any further questions or clarify next steps based on the initial session.
4. Use of Services
The financial coaching provided by Abroaden is offered “as-is,” meaning it is provided without any guarantees or warranties. Abroaden and its qualified coaches aim to educate and inform, providing tools and resources to support better-informed financial decisions.
5. No Financial Advice
The coaching services provided by Abroaden and its qualified professionals do not constitute financial advice. Although Abroaden employs knowledgeable professionals, the information given during sessions is for informational and educational purposes only. Decisions regarding your finances, investments, or personal finances are your own responsibility. Abroaden will not be liable for any outcomes of these decisions.
6. Coachee Responsibility
While Abroaden’s coaching services are designed to educate and empower you, the responsibility for financial and investment decisions remains solely with you, the Coachee. The Company disclaims any liability for decisions made or actions taken as a result of coaching services received.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds for coaching services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss any concerns or specific circumstances regarding refunds.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. Abroaden complies with applicable data protection laws and operates in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed on our website.
9. Session Recordings
To maintain high-quality service, the coach may record coaching sessions for internal note-taking and quality review purposes. You will be informed prior to the session if a recording is to take place, and recordings will not be shared outside of the Company.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
11. Company Information
The Services are provided by Abroaden Europe SL, a registered company in Spain with legal obligations to adhere to Spanish law.
Abroaden Europe SL is registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry under NIF code: B01778547
